CRPS from a crushed foot and no help with neurological disorder 1

When living in the wrong states prevent people from getting the only help that has been scientifically studied to help regenerate/reactivate neural pathways to aid in the reprocessing of pain suffered from phantom limb pain and chronic nerve disfunctions. It's infuriating to not be able get my wife the only help that stands a chance of bringing her a happy and hopefully pain-free existence again.

As a husband that has seen their wife in pain, I feel for you being limited in what you are able to do to diminish her suffering.
Where there is a will there is a way-- find a source where you are, or grow them yourself. Keep in mind that research studies are just that-- research! Maybe it will help, maybe it won't, maybe it will help with emotional processing in beneficial ways you/she didn't expect. Doctors take a hypocritic oath for a reason-- to do no harm. Can you be reasonably confident that regenerating/reactivating neuro pathways will be productive and not detrimental to your wife's pain? Sometimes such things can be sensitizing. All I am suggesting is that from an expression of compassion you should tread carefully as she is your loved one, and not a science experiment. I suffer from the need to always try to fix something. Sometimes things aren't that easy.
I wish you the best.

Are you talking about psilocybin or ketamine? I wasn't aware psilocybin helped with CRPS and phantom limb pain but it looks like there is some research on it, ketamine is commonly used now though and there are lots of success stories.
I've heard that many people take "vacations" to have their ketamine treatments done if they live somewhere that doesn't allow it, and do daily sessions for a week or two. The clinic I've went to (for a different condition) specialized in CRPS and is very flexible in their scheduling, and sets you up with a hefty take-home prescription. It certainly provides incredible short-term pain relief, I wasn't on the pain protocol though so I can't speak for the long-term benefit
