Four months later...NBM..nothing but mold. Grain jars, trays, EF cups, LI, LC, not a single pin. Same with some Jambo and bisporus efforts. Photos in my journal are ugly. I am re-evaluating my so-called sterile technique. There are a few newer jars that might be okay. If okay I will post pics. Otherwise I will keep the virtual mold in my journal and real mold keeps going to compost.

Tried one mono before and it triched out on me before any fruits because I fucked the spawn up. Switched to a pastywhite mono and got my shit together and was very impressed on first flush. 5.75 zips at shatter dry with all the knowledge on this site.
1st post but 6 month lurker. Now that I’m getting comfortable, going to start posting more. Thank you all for the valuable info and realizing there is more than a syringe and grow bag from a head shop lol.

We still doing this?
Took my ghost spores to agar. We’ll see if I like this any more than the first go ‘round.

Also still running Semperviva. Four bags of my clone fruiting and making more grain from LC.

While we’re at it, I took 10grams of fresh Semperviva as tea the other day. So I went to spores to fruit to consumption in this thread. It was a great time. The inside of my home looked normal, a bit intense, but normal. Wood grain of my floors kept moving around, but that was about it. I looked out of all of my windows and the leaves hanging from the trees were green and yellow bats sleeping from the branches. They weren’t scary. They were calling to me. I wandered outside in a misting rain, and the bats/leaves took flight spiraling around me. In a blink they were back to their roost in the trees. I went inside, soaked but elated. It was an amazing experience.

Finished my LAGM journal today. Personal favorites are the Tidal Wave x Jack Frost, Ghost, Koh Samui, Thai Pink Buffalo, and Golden Teachers.
Thanks to those who've been following along, it was a great cube run and I had a lot of fun doing it.

I wanted to do a final post 2 weeks later to officially conclude my lagm grows. Visit OP for working links. Thanks.

I would like to thank all the wonderful people who have welcomed me into this community. For their kindness and magnanimity I am forever grateful and humbly obliged to give back. If you are interested in any f2 prints or swabs I have them available for each category/variety accounted for in the log except for pfc & lk. I am also working on stabilizing a pe cluster clone that performed at an exceedingly high level. Read more about my trials with pe (same ape-r print mentioned here) here and here. Simply priv me your details using privnote. I will also be posting a giveaway in the marketplace forum. It is the one way I feel I can tangibly give back and contribute to the community right now. Thank you to all who have helped and inspired me along the way; I have nothing left to record.

Wow this thread stalled like my plates this winter.
OP updated - Highlights. BFSU challenge stage 2... Nearly ready with clone plates.

I think the GT1-T4 and GT4-T3 will be the plates that go to grain. They look clean to me.

Yup. Those look purdy! Despite the thread slowing down I'm glad to see my challenge is still active! I've been off the forum for months and finally logged in expecting to see my inbox lit up with an angry winner wondering why they aren't a supporting member yet
It's unlikely I'll be around much until the Winter time so whoever wins my challenge, please send me a message so I don't miss it! Also, I forgot to mention one of the most important rules of my challenge: I must be a recipient of one of your prints/swabs
Keep up the good work everyone!

My temps are starting to improve and cultures are moving with it.
Candidate cultures - T4's

Two xfers each to much nicer looking blue MEA plates. If they remain clean, those will go to grain.

Highlights T5's look good
There are 2 in reserve as well... They are climbing the sides of the dish. I will probably spwan them in the coming week if I have a set of jars spare.
Ready for 2nd shake (yesterday - 9 days after the 1st shake).

EDIT:
Took a T3 from the GT4 set to grain because by then I had way too many plates.
