Really bad trip that turned good. (Lsd)

After my last trip around a week ago I tried someone else for tabs after I got nbome last time from what I believe.
This time told 200ug tabs
6:30 am this morning half of tab under tongue ink taste from tab but not numbing or noticeable taste. Happy that it’s not nbome this time.
7:30 am nothing much happening other half under tongue
8:15 horrible body feel. Felt like gravity had multiplied by 5 felt so heavy and sluggish. But things were starting to look bright,
9:00 am stuff starts moving like mad way more than last time there’s shapes shaking on everything I look at twisting and turning. Everything I looked at was swirling and I could see reds and greens everywhere.
9:45 am this is where something went wrong. I started to try to go for a walk to cool off. Now I kept getting lost and trying to remember what i was doing. And then remembering where I am. Then forgetting what I was doing again and it was really freaking me the fuck out. It was like I was stuck in a loop. Horrible feeling of helplessness. 10:15 am it’s got unbearable. I locked myself in a toilet cubicle and had to stare at the walls and wooden door which looked amazing but I couldn’t appreciate it at the time as I was freaking out so much. I couldn’t remember what I’d come in there for then realised it was because I was not coping outside. I sat in there for half hour but it felt like hours it was torture and I kept forgetting what was happening. It was so fucking weird.
11:45 I get the courage to leave the cubicle ge outside and just walk to try and chill I walked and just kept going trying to appreciate the beauty of everything around me. Which almost started to look like cartoonish
12:15 visuals still ridiculous I’ve managed to get somewhere I feel safe. Drink some water and chill. Start laughing to myself at the visuals and slowly coming down. Still getting in a loop, then getting frightened a bit by it then being ok.
13-1600. Very calm and relaxed this is where yhe trip took a turn for the best. Put my headphones in listened to music and looked at some cool videos / trippy videos on my phone. Fear and panic over just chill it slowly coming down over the hours. 16-1900 calming down got my friend to give me a lift to the shop and was enjoying stuff looking inssane going down a country lane looked like we was doing light speed 😂
1900 to present. Very much come down visuals gone heavy tired eyes. Slight headache but nothing too bad just need a good sleep.
But I want to know has anyone else got in that state. Where you keep forgetting what’s happening and just end up scared shitless. As much as I was sat in there telling myself I’m just tripping I couldn’t help but feel like I was Gone forever. The part after was great though.
Next time I think i will only do half a tab if I’m alone and save the whole ones for when I’m with others going on a trip too. Anyway night everyone I need to sleep now.

Yeah loops are scary. Very mush so when you forget reality exist.
Noting to do but accept what happening at that moment. Trying to fight it will make it 100x worst IME.
Glad your safe.
Don't forget harm reduction practices and trip safe bud.

Yeah it’s not put me off I just now know what to expect once I’d calmed down after some time I was absolutely fine but it’s mind blowing losing yourself completely like I just ended up walking miles think I did 8 miles of walking mainly in big loops 😂 was absolutely mad. And everything looked mental.

Very relatable experience, those loops can be quite draining and confronting.
Doing the LSD on your own VS with people really depends on your personality and intentions. If you are introverted, sometimes being alone can be comforting in itself (no judgement for example). If you're extroverted, the empathic response can be fantastic and totally comforting too.
I think you'll find that lots of people who have taken psychs know the thought loop space all too well.
Before your next trip, I would recommend learning a little meditation. You always hear people saying things like "you have to have X amount of experience with meditation before it becomes helpful for trips", but in my experience this isn't true. I have been a trip sitter and co-tripper many times, and guiding people through some light meditation during the onset, even if they have never meditated before, has greatly improved the clarity and calmness of their mental state throughout.
Everyone focuses on set and setting in the physical world around them, but the set and setting of the mind is equally if not more important.

set and setting means
mind set (including mood and feelings and psychological orientation) + physical environment and activity arrangements
