Microdosing tea

Hi ~ i am hoping to make a tea, freeze it in icecube trays, & then pop one out for a daily dose. i really need to figure out the water/shroom ratio though. Keeping the dose as low as possible is really important, as my past experiences with microdosing have been terrible, due to the dose being too high. And the amount i was taking was pretty low ~ as in, a 1/4 of a 1/4 tsp. Any suggestions for a ratio that will make a relatively weak tea?

You’re going to have to do a little math.
Total weight of mushrooms
divided by
Total volume of water recovered
gives you dose per volume.
For example
100 grams fresh
divided by
100 ml water recovered
gives you 1 gram fresh per ml of water.
You will have to determine the suitable dose based on the mushrooms themselves and the strength of the tea. You can add water after brewing to reduce the concentration as needed and/or for sufficient volume to ensure one ice cube is equivalent to one microdose.
Do the best you can with the scale and measuring cups you have on hand and you’ll be able to make a good estimate for the dosing.

Hopefully you have everything sorted based on Dharma's advice
I am sure you've done your research, but I would suggest looking into the benefits of micro-dosing vs occasional macro-dosing if you haven't already. The majority of research is leaning towards benefits scaling linearly with "mystical" experiences (basically just the intensity of the trip). Obviously this should be taken with a grain of salt as all research is in its early stages, but its good to question why and how you are doing what you do.
Good luck!
