Obesity, Diabetes type II and Metformin - a weightloss miracle 2

I'm obese, you know it, and Diabetes type 2 is on the verge.
I'm in a situation where i can move very little other than throwing some dumbbells.
I have been prescribed the antidiabetic semi natural substance Metformin.
I said duck it, i'll eat what i want, but make it somewhat sensible. So, thinmgs like shredded whole wheat and oatmeal in milk, throw veg at it, sip of flaxseed oil in the morning, lots and lots of fruit. next to no animal products other than milk.
What happens!
Since the antidiabetic is upped to 2x 850mg (max dose 3x 1gr) i'm starting to get side effects i;m not so fond of, gastrointestinal, no actual vomiting.
but..
now that my blood sugar is more stable and i willingly eat kinda lactovegetarian with whole foods that dont have intensified flavors..
My lifelong voracious appetite is gone. Next to my laptop lay a raisin bun in plastic for several days. I had to chuck it.. it wasnt eaten. My mind is just not on food and when i eat its rewarding but its not full of pleasure enhancers so its tasty but not addictive.
I lost 13 lbs in less than a month with low exercise and eating what the duck i want, even abandoning the water restriction, because i;'m detoxing and wasting fat like a mofo while retaining muscle mass. My legs are getting more sexeh curves because the fat filling it out is diminishing, my belly straight up lost a gallon of tissue, my pecs are less busty
eating sensibly, eating less and less often, triggered by an antidiabetic drug known for weightloss and loss of appetite.
Abundantly: it was a combination of bad foods and a metabolic disorder.

Metformin is a good drug for what ails you. There are even better drugs, now approved for T2D that are being used off-label to treat obesity (with very few side effects). They are however quite expensive once-every-two week sub-q injectables. Look into Ozempic and Rybelsus. Lots of A-list stars are taking them to shed weight whilst controlling apetite.

I think metdormin basically kills gluconeogenesis, so make sure you eat at least once a day, fast too long on metformin and you could get a low blood sugar cause your body can't create it

I started welburton and Zoloft and I'm not as hungry as I used to be
I had two six inch subway sandwiches when I woke up around noon and I'm just starting to get hungry again now 11 hours later
The sandwiches were fire (pizza sub and a coldcut with sweet onion sauce) but I gave a low rating on the survey because the app asks for a tip now with $0 not being an option unless you type it
Now that I dont fast anymore I should look into getting on a low dose metformin too, but my doctors such a square I already see her saying but you dont have high blood sugar
Its just a matter of time at my weight

Take one of the semaglutides. Those are the weekly injectables mentioned. You need to stay on them for life, as the weight is regained quickly after discontinuation, but the average weight loss after 68wks was an astounding 20% with them. If you are prediabetic with morbid obesity, it seems being on a drug for the rest of your life is still less risky than carrying that 20% body weight

Wonderful advice guy!
Fleabag Friend, thanks for that channel:
thats the lowcarb way, its high in animal products.
What also works is the vegetarian way, i'm leaning into that.
it seems both work by calorie restriction.
