That's a legitimate enough answer for my laziness to take over and decide to accept that as a very valid answer and not investigate any further

A few Natal observations:
Two distinct phenos that have seemed to make up a majority of this 66qt:

Ones stipe is more white than the other. The one that appears to not be sporulating actually was; though I didn't take a picture, swabbing it resulted in dark purple spores, albeit faintly. The whiter ones seem to have a heavier spore load but are smaller fruits, whereas the others are the opposite.
Observation on texture:

Many of the fruits, if not a majority, seem more... fibrous? I'm not entirely sure how to describe it accurately. Layered?
Some cube-looking fruits regularly pop up:

This guy waving "high":

These guys are very peculiar:

I left these guys to grow after harvesting many fruits that were growing around them. At the time, they had typical Natal colored caps. The next day, they hadn't grown at all, but they darkened up, eventually turning into what you see here. It's almost as if they aborted once the fruits that they were growing with were harvested. Other fruits that I left to grow doubled in size while they remained the same.
Cap color seems to be a harvesting consideration, or am I mistaken?

If I leave them long enough, a lot of them develop a dark blue-green spot in the center of their caps:

Should one wait for those spots before harvesting?
This mono hasn't had clearly defined flushes. It's actually done a "wave", fruiting on one side of the tub, progressing to the other side, and then it went back to the side it began on:

Such an interesting species.

Great observations! It truly is a strange specemin. All of mine have faded to that color late in fruit. All have been fibrous. I have two other clones going to mini tubs tonight

Thank you, I appreciate that! I'm just trying to add to the "Natwork" of information that The Shroomery has going.
Good luck with your clones! You got an interesting pheno going?
By chance, do you find that letting them develop the dark tops is important for harvesting at peak potency?

Thanks! I'm not sure. I would like to get some test kits down the line. All of mine have been considerabely stronger than any of the teachers I've grown before. Have an F2 on pucks now

I hear you there, I plan to get some test kits, too. It's really cool that's even an option for cultivators today.
I was mostly curious because my first experience with Natal was a little underwhelming, though it was very gentle, as everyone says. It seems the general consensus is that they're quite potent, which is not how I'd describe what I had. That led to my suspecting that I harvested too soon, and that the color change indicates the ideal time.
Either way, congrats on getting to the point of an F2! You're past the point of getting your feet wet, you're now knee-deep in the game.

Potency can be real hit or miss with this one, even with fruits from the same flush. I've had grows that were weaker than cubes, some comparable to APE. It took some time before I managed to find & isolate genetics that were consistently strong.

Fairly tame myc this tub.
Fae seems to have a big impact on this culture. I noticed lots of pins on the far end and then realized I had forgotten to un tape the holes on the closer side. Could just be a coincidence but I donβt think so.

Nat clone from this fruit, this was heavily affected by heat because we had 30C days last week that accelerated the fruiting.

I'm growing multiple nat tubs from my normal culture and the temperature is lower so time will tell.
Considerably different to the winter Nats I've grown.

Iβve always let mine dry out before storing for that reason, not weeks maybe a day or so. But, if theyβre clean to begin with then it wonβt be an issue so
