I've heard lore of people making gummies directly with the mushroom body, instead of making a water extract. Has anyone seen this done? I wonder what they would look like...

Definitely recommend getting the sheets. The size you need are 14" x 10.5"

This was my first attempt, Natalensis mushroom powder in my regular THC gummy recipe. The powder made them dry significantly, will add more water to the mix next time. Each gummy should be about .2g. You should be able to use whatever recipe, you might need to adjust the water levels.

Good luck!

I far prefer the excalibur 9 tray dehydrator.  It is an extremely high quality machine that is simple in design and long in duration.  Just don't order directly from the company as they are outright fuckers.  They took my money and never sent me a dehydrator.  I tried to contact them over and over and they never responded, so I was forced to contact the better business bureau.  My dehydrator was in the mail the same day I filed the formal complaint, but they jammed the shelves in the machine all cattywompus and crammed things in the box in a very vindictive and childish way.  Zero stars for the company, five out of five for the machine.

Yeah, they are a little chewy. Kind of a grape/mush flavor. I made them to test microdosing then proceeded to eat like 12 of them. A little roll in ascorbic acid would help.

I didn't add the vegetable glycerin either, probably didn't help the texture.

"Burn the sinner" I've already roasted a few bowls, does that count?

Ok, should I first take the fruits off and dunk them and then proceed as you say or just leave it as is and bottom water from time to time and mist them, e.g. every other day or something like that?

Since he didn't say dunk I'd probably just bottom water your cakes and mist them regularly, meaning more than 1x a day.

Thank you very much for the help.

Got to white night you, Yoshi, not that you need it. It takes a lot of less than pretty trials to get to the magic recipe. Mine doesn't help with the op's question because it requires starting with a tea extract. But it has taken over a year of trails to get to the result that I like. No tries, no chance at success.
