Loc: gone with my shrooms
Saturday June 19, 2004:Fresh colonies of P. samuiensis
    #2807846 - 06/18/04 11:54 PM (19 years, 9 months ago)

The following images were from a single rice paddie sqquare as opposed to yesterdays collectin which involved zig-zaging through about 18 of the same similar squares. Considering there are more than a million squares of paddie land onthe island i just have to find the rightones to pick at. many hae no shrooms. Many paddies only produce P. antillarum and maybe one or two cubes..

Here are todays samuiensis.

I guess the land sand crabbe ate to many shrooms and went to crabbe heven as he ate the last of the samuineis leaving him in a blissful state of Crabb being.

Thus I found him here inthe sandy soil of a rice paddie near Na Muang as you see him with one claw outstretched as if he wanted to savour one more bitre of the mighty samuiensis Allen shroom.

One large specimen, before now it was k not known that they grew largr than three inches in height, as is the smaller shroom to the left of the big

and finally, my small collecton formjust one paddie.

And by the way, these guys have not even began to fruit. When they cme up with the next rain their will be hundrds and possibly thoudands of them. WE have had no rain for two tdays. these are from a rainfall (monsoon) from three days ago from a three hour downpour of monsoon drops.
