So I did 3 tubs same day, and two were significantly side pinning. The PFS tub wasnβt - YET - but I took it out thinking it may have been somehow my fault and this one was going to do the same. It was slow to pin in general. Hadnt even started when I took it out.
Probably didnβt need to remove it, but it helped fill the water tub at any rate.

Nice! That will blast you off for sure. Is this from an outdoor bed you are cultivating?

This is my second grow. The first was nowhere near as dense, but I'm pretty happy with the result. Probably should have harvested 12 hours earlier than I did.
Next grow will be a clone so I'm expecting a great deal more uniformity.
Thanks to everyone here for the gems of knowledge on how to get started. Have a blast with my new hobby.

I'd hardly call this a "bed" or something that I'm cultivating, even.
So close to 5 years ago they cut down some big poplar trees in this area and chipped the remaining stumps. I've inoculated some of these stump remains with Azzy mycelium and since then provided 0 care to the patches. First fruits I've found were on the 3rd year, I believe.
This area is also interesting because they also planted new trees there and keep mowing the grasses every so often. If they didn't, I wouldn't even be able to get there to look at fruits. It's the right balance between human intervention and being left alone. Some other patches were not so lucky and without maintenance became 100% impenetrable.
