That if we serve others we are no longer looking at or with-in ourselves,but given our undivided attention to the "moment". By doing this our problems with-in our own selfs start to cease.There is beauty in evrybody, and by not worrying about our own selfs and problems and worrys we are able to see this beauty.By staying focused on our own problems life just kinda passes us by and were not relly moving foward but rather becoming stagnent.Even when walking in the woods alone take in the beauty of the trees and hear the sound of the song bird.peace and love Gypsy
