It’s hard to explain, maybe it was just me. The onset and for a few hours I felt like everything was in fast forward and I couldn’t focus, it was heavy confusion. That has happened with cubes but not like this. In my opinion they felt different than any cube I’ve had or grown. Not unpleasant. I’m looking forward to another go round with them to see how it goes this time.

I am surprised none of the more experienced brothers of the order of natalensis have something to say about this..?

This thread has become it's own little community.

I would like to ask a question, which has almost definitely been asked previously... and hopefully answered too.

So, lots of people believe that Nats are better than regular cubes.
Less risk of a bad trip, and more euphoric (by some accounts)

(1) Is it that there is something absent from Nats, that exists in regular cubes?
(2) Or is it that there is something in Nats, that is absent from regular cubes?
(3) Is Nats going to be a long term game changer?  Like auto-flowering strains were for the cannabis community.

So thank you to anyone that ventures a reply  :-)

I read through this whole thread a while back and it has definitely been asked, but it has not been answered to my knowledge.

Because I don't think anyone have the technological/scientifical means to answer unfortunately.

One day we will know.

Some nats pretending they're cubes...

This is seriously like flush 9 at least. I'm tossing this sub outside after these to make room for something new.

Does anyone see the mycelium bruising greenish/blue as opposed to a straight blue?  I broke up a grain bag and the next day it looks completely contaminated but I’m wondering if the bruising is a different color from cubensis

Yes. I have seen this. Others have also reported this.

I started microdosing nats instead of cubes. I’m doing every day. No breaks. My GF, my sister, and my sister’s BF are all doing this too.

My sister had never touched a mushroom in her life. Took a 100mg capsul and was struggling to follow conversations for 6-8 hours. Her boyfriend was the same. My sister teaches math to grad students and her boyfriend is an engineer. They can usually follow conversations.

I took a daytime 100mg dose and was just really sapped of all energy all day.

We’re both now dosing only at night. These things seem to pack quite a lot of power. Anyone else microdosing successfully during the day?

I switched to nats several months ago. Kept my dose the same and got used to it pretty quick. They are stronger but gentler.

I didn’t find cubes ungentle when microdosing. How big is your dose? I’m thinking of switching to nats when my cube caps run out.

I take 1/3 gram 2 times a day for inflamation (serious medical miracle the things, I was actually siezed up pretty bad. 6 weeks into the nats and I was pretty much cured). Cubes just felt a little grungy. the biggest differences with nats were all positive. I find myself in a better mood and able to deal with stress easier, cubse did too, but nats just feel more effective to me (plus cubes did not help the inflamation).

Based on my post above, can I ask how you manage on 1/3g during the day? Did you work up to these doses?

I also find that things can get kind of dreamy even when microdosing. The fix for me has been pairing my dose with physical activity. When I take it on the way to the gym, I’m left positive and energized, which carries me through the rest of my day. When I’m idle, it can be a mixed bag. YMMV of course. Have you tried dosing with a different batch? Few of my nat grows have hit in the same way

Yes.  The mycelium and fruits can bruise green.  What does it smell like?
