How to select Agar Sector

So I have never been able to figure out what is best. Firstly,if I close from a smaller fruit, does that mean they will continue to be that small ORRRR...does isolating make it stronger and help it grow to its full potential?
My issue with choosing a sector is not knowing if the long ropy sections are good to use. I was thinking I should pick the section with the furthest growth OR with the most branched/networked growth. I am just not sure which, because no one who has posted agar plates asking this question has had ropey growth like mine.
**This will be the first transfer from a clone**

You don't know what you have til you test it. Isolating does random stuff.

Well I completely understand that...it's just that I am not sure what is considered healthy/the best Mycelium. Should I get a thick ropey strand,or should I find the most sense network if strands? That's essentially what I'm asking.

Literally doesn't matter at all. Fluffy tomentose mycelium can be better genetics than ropey and vice versa

It's cleanliness that u can rely on rhizo/rope for, to a larger degree than tomentose. Beautiful growth like this strongly indicates axenic spawn.
And perhaps we can say it indicates some positive health too?
What do u think about using it like that, bodhi

I think rhizo indicates if anything stressful conditions or low nutrition. You can make the mycelium look different by putting it on different media
