Habitat: From soil in my yard (dog manure fertilised )
Gills: Older have darker, younger seems lighter
Stem: Springy, not breaking
Cap: Also springy, not breaking upon pressure, wet had some jelly on top.
Spore print color: black
Bruising: didn't notice any
Other information: It's been 6 years since my last semilanceata hunt, so my eyes are not so sharp now, but these look suspicious to me. Probably it's not semi

I'd say both are Panaeolus, likely the same species, but in different stages of maturity.

It's hard to tell which Pan? Psychoactive or not?
I might be able to collect more and take better pics on weekend if needed.

Take a spore print of the bigger one by cutting the cap at the stem and then placing it on a piece of paper or foil, ideally with some container over it covering it. Then post a picture of the color. If it's jet black, it may be pan cinticulus which is psychoactive.

Panaeolus acuminatus is what I would call them. They don't look like any active Panaeolus to me.

Panaeolus cinctulus grows on dung or rotting straw and has a much thicker stem. Taking a spore print wouldn't help to differentiate them anyway, because P. acuminatus also has a black spore print.

P. cinctulus does not grow on dog poo, only on the manure of herbivores.

@Duggstar
Thank you for that information, I was unaware of p. acuminatus!
