By Voting are you acknowledging the legitimacy of The state?

You live in an occupied territory and you are allowed to vote, but the only options to pick from are the occupiers and some of the laws they made up.
Vote for the best or abstain/radicalize?

The state legitimizes itself by having a monopoly on violence. Not voting doesn't change that power dynamic. So, vote, don't vote, whatever.. but don't kid yourself thinking you're de-legitimizing anything.
You should probably vote AND radicalize.

Peaceful resistance will eventually overtake violent oppression, imho.
Vote, don't vote, doesn't matter.
Tell them to fuck off and resist any participation in violence.

"The state has a monopoly on violence" means exactly that. If you don't pay your taxes, armed men will show up at your door and ask to take you to prison. If you peacefully decline, they will violently restrain you and take you to prison, where you are surrounded by more armed men who can shoot you if you try to leave. All governmental power is predicated on the threat of violence

This is a fundamental truth. All authority is derived from violence.
