Is this mycelium? Updated with microscope pictures. 1

These two were transferred from the same plate, (both the blue and green one.)

This one has grown a lot more and originally looked pretty weird (original post, https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/28022932#28022932) Has similar looking mycelium growth/formation on previous link but now looks like this,
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is this a form of mycelium growth, is this contaim? Thank you in advance!
Update: so I got a pretty cool update to this, I hope it helps some other people as well. I got a microscope and finally found some time to look into this. Here's an updated picture to these dishes.

They all look like they're still growing which is odd because of the growth. It looks as though it's part of the my, or attached to it. Which is what really confused me. So I busted out my microscope and this is what I found from the smaller green dish,
Notice the large black areas, I immediately saw that and thought bacteria or some sort of mold, so I magnified it more and this is what it looks like,
And I found this on the outer edge,

For reference this is clean mycelium,

So I do believe it's full of bacteria or mold. What do you guys think?

That's cube mycelium. note the "ropey" strands coming out.You will now choose the best looking rhizomorphic sector, cut a small slice, and transfer to a second agar dish.

That looks very bacterial. I'd clean up on water agar.

Is your agar extra wet/not quite as set as it should be? I had similar growth to your last couple pics when I went too light on the agar and it was more soupy than normal. Turned out fine.. it's like the myc was growing more through the goo before popping out the top as opposed to growing along the surface
-------------------- So anyway, uh...

What is water agar? What do you mean?
Normally I just take a few transfers till I get it clean but if there's a better way please let me know 😬

Look here Rotnpins made a great post about it: "What is "water agar"? Water agar is exactly what it sounds like, water and agar without any added nutrients.. the mycelium grows out very quickly (compared to the contams) looking for food.. this gives it a chance to out grow any contamination that may be riding along."

Great reading ;-)

I've had the sw380b for awhile now and really like it. Has 40x-2500x magnification. Pretty clear images and easy to learn how to use.
Eventually I'd like to upgrade to the swift sw380t which is just a trinocular for a camera.

Thank you! I didn't know it would come with this much use but, now that I'm making a lot of transfers it really helps to pin point contam!
