Now, I’m not experienced, but I’ve soaked a good amount of knowledge and I’ll take a crack.

How cold is it?

That looks like a larger tub, are you familiar with pastywhyte’s EZ Dialed Monotub tek?

The lack of FAE is probably keeping the temp lower and preventing evaporation.

Holes will increase your airflow in the tub which will impact not just temp but humidity. Don't do that.

If the air in the rest of your place is a suitable temp, I would look at using fans on a very low speed to better stir/distribute the air throughout your room so that all areas are the same temp. I would move your tubs a little further from the walls and consider using some foam-board insulation on the walls to prevent against the radiant cold.
