Drying mushroom got contaminated?

This is my second flush, half of the flush I put it into my old shoe box, that is well, and the other half of the flush I put it into a new shoe box, but in this box, my mushrooms are getting a white mold in its stalk. I ruined it?

Looks like it wasnt properly dehydrated and is trying to come back to life. I see that on all my clones.
How did you dry them?

Yeah this doesn’t look like you dehydrated then at all. 160F for 24 hours. On that note after properly dehydrating them they need to be put into a jar with desiccants.

That’s just tissues continuing to grow. Use heat and moving air to dry them and that will stop growth, and save your mushrooms.

Thanks for the answers.
I just put them in my shoes boxes (with a tiny hole on the side), close it, and then I take them to my balcony to get fresh air and get a bit of sun in sunset.
The thing is that my new box, I put it under my old box, maybe that cause that their growing. Maybe I should have a distance between them, and don't put one box above the other.
I hear that using dehydrators or oven, may cause power loss, but I really don't know, because I'm really new about this.
Another question: Is a danger to the mushroom that they're continuing growing as I showed in the photo?

So you’d didn’t dehydrate or dry the mushrooms at all. You put them in a box wet and humid. Unless you dehydrate your mushrooms properly they will get rotten. Unless you live somewhere that specifically has electricity issues there’s no problem using dehydrators.

Yes, I just pick them and dry. This my first flush, but I think its not rotten, have a good smell and looks fine I think. Maybe I was just lucky.

Obviously I can’t tell from a photo but those caps look like they aren’t entirely dry yet. Do they snap when you crack em in half?

I haven't cracked it, but if I touch the cap, is like a rock. It doesn't feel humidity at all, and that jar is from 1 week ago.

Crack a stem. If it does anything but immediately snap it’s wet to some degree. Those ones you’re inquiring about look wet as fuck. Get a dehydrator for the correct drying standards. Use a box fan if nothing else for many days blowing on them until as dry as can be.

I know the first image in the post is really wet, its from yesterday, but those in the jar that I posted after (second photo), I tried to bend it now, and it cracked easily. But those mushrooms that are in the jar, I had them in my box like for 4 days, to get it completely dried (not using dehydrator before).

Just setting them n a container isn’t going to dry them. The idea that heat degrades them is false. Standard practice is 160°f for 24 hours in moving air. What’s been found is that the faster they are dried the more they are preserved and that the longer they take to dry, as in low temp and desiccate drying, there is a higher loss of potency. Get a dehydrator. No need to trash $100 worth of mushrooms over not having a $15 dehydrator or however much you can find one for at goodwill or wherever.

Apparently, ovens can suitable for drying now. Use the lowest heat setting such as "Warm" if your oven has that capability. Temp should be set to 170F. And leave the oven door open.
Bur definitely get a dehydrator. They are the best by far.
