i find nats to be more energetic than cubes, but with all mushrooms i almost always get a bit nappy when i get closer to the peak. i just lay down & let it happen until the energy comes back

With mushrooms in general. Depends on the dose, species and setting tho.
Do u have ADD? but come up can be very yawny and sleepy. when i was little they diagnose ADD party by giving ritalin and see if u improve at tests lol. bet they get a pretty high % of +, anyway, i fell asleep for an hr first time taking it so got real speed rxd instead. later i tried ritalin and was def stimulating i think. anyway, point is lots of folks want to go lay down and nap esp during come up. never tried nats but assume pretty similar to cubes overall. also perhaps fresh more chitin or trptophan add to sleepynes ie alot of blood going to stomach. also seem to get sleepier feeling the more quick the come up.

I'm pretty dang sure I do, to some extent. I do have autism and ADHD tends to be comorbid so it's not unlikely.

My girl ran some f1 spores from my iso project, somehow managed to get no overlay her first shot

Iโm working two phenos now, about to spawn the clone from this one tonight or tomorrow, and then the ape type just went to grain 3 days ago

Natalensis #2 first cloned culture filling in further.

its pretty manageable and it totally goes against my "theory" that the overlay could finally be related to humidity levels on the surface level. as this shoebox was kept really moist on the surface i tend to think now that overlay is purely genetic.
i am getting quite some mutants/malformed and discored/blotchy pins. what is the general consensus about this? is it genetic too?

finally these natalensis are oldschool , they are still playing bubble bobble

Cross posting from the cult of the day thread: 1.6kg of nats hitting the dehydrator this morning.

Not bad so far considering it all came from this super whispy agar plate:

sorry to bother with this, but after searching for a while, as information is a bit all over the place. any hints on the deformed pins/mushrooms? and what makes them lay down? too much moisture? natalensis are different it seems...

What was your spawn ratio? Seems that fae plays the largest part for straight fruit.

approx 1:1,5 max (a little bit more coco than spawn) coco top layer slightly over field capacity. a few light mistings. that's it

I'm not a fan of 1:1 or similar, tends to often push out deformed fruit.
