Is this contam or translucent myc? 2

Two different petris, though the type of growth seems the same.
Right sides have this translucent leading edge and then on #1, the myc before the translucent edge is all puffy. I can't tell if its also puffy on #2. Left sides are mostly stringy, no leading translucent edge, what I was expecting to grow.
Is this bacterial, other type of contamination or just a myc expression?
#1:
#2:
Thanks!

I am very interested to see the replies to this I also have seen this on a few of my plates. I don't know enough to say for certain what it is but normally it thickens in a day or two and I have had multiple successful grows from plates that had this type of growth at some point on them. I normally try to take my sections away from them though.
I am really hoping someone that knows the exact conditions explains what it is.

Was there water on the agar you may have moved by accident disturbing the myc at the same time?

Since the wedges were added there definitely were no puddles to be disturbed, so I think no, though the agar media itself is pretty moist

Well thats strange! Kinda looks like a mycelium-bacteria symbiote
If u had extra agar, I would grow it on a new plate to investigate it further.

I wish I had thought about growing it out on a separate plate when it occurred but I definitely will if I come across it again. I have to believe someone knows what this is.

There is still time. Take a couple transfers from both the heathy and the weird looking myc, transfer to new plates. Voilà

I actually took some transfers off another plate with that less usual myc. Will see how that goes. There's this Bod's Spores to Prints, Cleaning and isolation on Agar & TEK walkthrough that shows pretty much the same type of myc as far as I can tell near the end of the post. Seeing it on my plates got me uneasy regardless, and wondering whether anyone knows more since that thread
Thanks guys
