Is this ready to mix with the substrate or should I wait longer? Thanks all!

Don't take my answer as authoritative, but I'd let that consolidate a bit longer. I generally don't put a jar to bulk until it looks like this.

I have never had a jar look like that. They get to a certain point and stop. This is after weeks, like 8 weeks. I am sure I am doing something wrong. I don't know what it is. They do fruit.

If they fruit satisfactorily, I wouldn't worry too much. Just might be the genetics you're working with. The pictured jar was inoculated with PE from agar on 10/9. The picture was taken this AM.

WOW I have never had it happen fast. Takes around two months. I have tried different strains. But from the same company.

They are jars, I inject and then leave in a dark room around 72 degrees. I put a few inside a cooler and the temp went up to 80

Did you just break that bag or something? They don't look right. The mycelium is really faint and wispy and in the bottom right those long strands of mycelium are usually an indicator that it's running from something
I'd spawn that bag by itself just to hedge my bets, but yeah. You've got nothin else to lose so go for it

Wait a minute... Did you inoculate the bag from a multi spore syringe? If so, it might explain a lot. MSS syringes are notorious for carrying contaminants. That makes them a poor choice for inoculating grains for a number of reasons that are well explained elsewhere in this forum, be they bagged or jarred. They work OK for PF jars, but the spores get out-competed while trying to colonize grains.
If you want to grow in bulk, learn to use agar to isolate from contaminants and select the best genetics. There is a cornucopia of information here that make agar simple and straightforward.
I don't see any obvious contams in your bag, but your mycelium do look a bit stressed.
