It’s just mycelium, nowadays fanning is a thing of the past dark ages. What you want is passive fan air exchange, which you should already be getting plenty of in a SGFC. If it becomes too much and it’s drying out your cakes, use micropore tape to cover some up.

So the current concensus is fanning = bad.
You want just enough air flow in the tub to not have condensation.
The misting isn't "bad" as long at you are doing it from a distance so it is a dropping mist rather than a hard spray.
I do a mist every morning (still on my first PFTek round so take that with a grain of salt).
It is still too early to be worried (I have some pucks about the same age) it is about 2 weeks before you should start to worry.
The white fluffy is myc exploring the new situation. It is normal, and as you get good FAE those areas will hopefully turn into pins.

you want to keep the cakes glistening at all times, so maybe twice a day if they need it. could be once every few days, could be five times a day. you gotta read your tub’s conditions & adjust accordingly

It's 5 times a day, might a well reduce FAE and get a life

Id say fanning = totally unnecessary.
Its not bad its just useless now. As long as FAE method is the correct size/amount for the FC, no fanning is required.
Looking good OP! I like those little clay pot trays you have for your cakes. I dig it
I noticed you filled up your SGFC half way with perlite. Only i do that. Thats wild where did u get the idea from?
