help me identify please

hey i found these after a long rain, not to many but atleast 50 or so.

they remind me of a type of panaeolus member. they were found in small groups along the out limits of a field, that had been cut. after a few hours of rain they popped up. they are very brittle to the touch. they didnt bruise to light touch. a slight fuzzy hair right under the cap stumped me. the spore pints were light to chocolate brown. when dried they became tan but the top of the caps kept thier darker coloring.

sorry for the pics, the camera wouldnt focus properly. my first though was pan; foes. but the slight hairy part threw me off. there is no distict smell, unless dried. if you have any ideas please help. thank you for your time and happy hunting.
