Autoklav.at Any Euro autoclave users out there with these models? How do you vent?

Hello my euro-duders I was wondering if anyone actually has one of these autoklav.at electric autoclave models, specifilically like the "Autoklaven Elektrisch "Edelstahl AGEE40" für 40 Gläser 0,5 Liter oder 28 Gläser 1 Liter Automatische Temperatur- und Zeitunterstützung (Vollautomatik)"
Now I have a guy out here showing me after he vents it properly that it imploded on him after cooling down.
Like the first time he vented it to 100c it turned to a pancake after reaching 0. About $1k down the drain in an instant. Upsetting.
And I had a hand in telling him how to vent it and have recommended these to other euro duders in the past.
He's showing me back and forth with the manufacturer (I assume) and it's kinda shocking but it seems to me that the manufacturer says to not vent over 90c and is kinda giving him a hard time.
It would seem that the device has no vacuum breaking check valve that would prevent this. These are cheap and I can't figure out why there isn't one on there.
Did you know that the toggle valve on AA sterilizers only hold a very small vacuum and relief anything over saaaay 1psi (number out of my ass) and the weights obviously wont hold much vacuum either.
Vacuum can destroy a pressure vessel in an instant. It's a totally different force on the vessel. Compression vs tension.
It's like pulling a piece of paper apart vs folding it in half. Takes way less force to fold a paper than tear it.
So anyway my question to you all is do you know anyone that uses one of these fuckin things? Are you the guy making them? What's the deal with venting?

So the person has been fucking grains up for 7+ months by now because there was no venting happening previously. At all.
He comes in and asks and of course we all know that Saturated Steam is critical for sterilization, you have to vent the air out in order to replace it with steam. This is basic knowledge and the operating principle of a normal canner.
But these particular devices are not designed this way apparently. They seem to operate on a higher pressure principle, and not saturated steam. There is a video of some shit with a BIKE PUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I swear ong.
Like you pump this fuckin thing up and then heat it up.the exact opposite of how it properly works where you VACUUM OUT the air and then heat it up LMAO...
what the fuck>

faaark
I nearly bought one of those a while back, that makes no sense to me at all, but sorry to hear of your troubles, I obviously dodged a bullet
I have also linked them, and will not do so again
thanks for sharing Sandman

Well I'm still not 100% sure if maybe the user error or what since I haven't actually ever used one of these types.
That's why I was wondering if anyone has actually successfully used some of these?
Edit: The person has shown me some of the messages with the business.
It would seem the device is made to operate at about 51 psi to maintain 120c ! Unvented! That way the air inside cools to the same volume and no collapsing.
All to save on a T and a one way valve? Bruh.
Unlike a normal red blooded American canner, sterilizer, autoclave etc.... which when vented will be 121c at 15psi.

it's not rocket surgery this is just not saturated steam.
