Light coloured rice in grain jar

My last 3 tubs have been super infected with cobweb mould, the first 2 I chalked up to lack of fresh air exchange, but this last one I'm really not sure what went wrong.
I noticed some discoloration in a bunch of my jars, but I can't tell of it's a contam, or maybe some light mycelium coverage after shaking?
Ive done heaps or googling but can't find anything that looks the same. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I'm assuming these are all inoculated with spore syringes?
Your tub contamination is not related to fresh air exchange, it's due to your dirty spawn.

I don't think rice is recommended as a whole grain. BRF and verm is fine.

They are inoculated via grain to grain. The spawn I used was an old brick of Coco coir I used that had been sitting around for a few months so thats likely it.
Do you think the light coloured rice is a concern?

I've seen lots of teks using it on YouTube, and I've had 2 successful grows with it so far.
Do you think other grains are better to use? Most other grains look a bit more intimidating, with more soaking and cooking steps.and a bit harder find too.

Youtube

you can technically grow with brown rice but its not ideal. you say these were grain to grain, but how was the original grain inoculated?
take some time reading on this site. learn to use the search function (first link in my sig). youll find there are many easy grain teks. much easier than rice

I purchased it, golden teacher LC. I don't really know anything else about it.
I used the LC to inoculate a few jars, and used some on my first tub (it was a successful grow) and then used the extra jars to inoculate more jars (gtg)
I just can't tell if the discoloured rice is a contam.
I've got some agar plates on the way, so that should help clean it up, if they are contaminated.
