Hi Everyone, and good day/afternoon/evening
Regarding my last post, I shouldn't have to explain I'm new to this. I was told to dump it due to contamination. however, I persisted with it and I'm proud to show you the progress since.

Everything looks to be fine contamination wise, what I'm struggling to figure out is what to do now. if you look in the first image, you can see what I believe to be a pin.
now from what I've read, I should be going into fruiting conditions immediately.
I'm from the UK and struggle to achieve correct temperature's, so I'm using a incubator for the colonization stage. Heated water in a tub with a second tub on top (the incubator). when it comes to the fruiting chamber I'm taking a third tub, filled with soaked & drained perlite, and sticking it inside the Incubator. The FC chamber has a lid with Air holes at the bottom and top.
My question is, when it comes to the instruction I'm using, it says to wait until my Bulk is fully colonised, to then remove the "cake" and place inside the fruiting chamber. can I wait it out a few more days until the cake is a bit more colonised if not fully before I introduce FC conditions. or is leaving it now and doing nothing going to do it any harm? If I take it out now I feel the cake might just fall apart. so ideally I really want to wait it out a couple more days.
I have done my research moderately now for the last 7-8 months, but as to regarding my last post and others I've seen, it can be very conflicting in what I should do so Any help or advice is extremely appreciated.
Thank you for listening.

Got a better pic? Looks like some sort of plant sprout, not a pin

Afraid not, there albino+ so you may be right. I see a similar post on reddit today oddly enough. I've got a insulation wrap around the box, so there's no light as such.
