dude, im replying cause no one else has. i really cant tell you whats wrong, whats your grow conditions like? ive just started some equadors but dont know much about problems with them.

growing in a small crawlspace type area.... basically an access room for the furnace and hot water heater. the shrooms may have gotten a little cold for a while, but I don't know if it would cause this. I went into the chat room and the only suggestion I got was mutation.

it could be contamination. pick one with the worst spots and cut it open, if its black or nasty looking, youve got contams.

its not contamination.... checked them again and they have gotten quite a bit bigger, but many are imperfect..... not sure whats up. it seems it might not be as bad as I thought

hmmm. my friend just grew out some indias. some looked normal but most were just FuCkEd up, one had like three caps, one looked like a venus fly trap and most looked like huge blobs of primordia that just kept growing.
these guys are some strange creatures.

yea, I think this strain of ecuadorians may have mutated.... I grew from a spore sample from an earlier batch, maybe it was just getting old and made some fuct shrooms

How's your humidity? Are the mushrooms in a drafty area? I've seen holes in caps due to dry air.
