Shake or wait

I'm not really a noob, but then I'm no expert either. I've learned enough in the past 7 months, thanks in no small part to this community, to understand how very much more I have to learn. So...
This is my first attempt at growing PE so I could use some advice. Simply put, are these jars ready for their first shake or no;

The above are front, back, and side views of 3 jars inoculated via agar on 10/9/22

Looks like we have a consensus OK, I'll shake them up and keep y'all appraised of their progress. I'm guardedly optimistic about them since the plates used to inoculate them were very clean.

I shook the jar pictured below really thoroughly 48 hours ago. When I finished the shake, there were almost no colonized grains showing. Here's what it looks like this AM

Appears to be recovering nicely. I did shake the other 2 jars unit yesterday, and even just one day later, they're coming along nicely.

You may want to give that another shake or the grains on the top right are going to take longer than everything else to colonise. Unless of course there is myc there that I can't see in the picture

I noticed that the recovery is progressing faster in some parts of the jar than others too. I'm going to wait for the other 2 jars to catch up and then give them all another shake.
Meantime, I've got to get a tub ready for these guys.
