Not necessarily. Some of us are pretty good at not mislabeling shit.

I put my work in front of me and I label it before I start.

20 days? ...no way! hmmmmm, I'm now on day 6-7 with 5 bags and a shoebox in the FC after casing. Waiting patiently.. no idea how long that took from spawn but it took a least 3 weeks from spawn to colonize bulk.. some newer spawned bags are seem to not be moving at all.. sitting there for 2 weeks now, but the mycelium is just sitting there doing nothing. I recall you used used quite dry bulk FP, so I did too, squeezed untill no drop of water escaped.. but I'm wondering now if maybe this batch was too dry which makes the mycelium stall... or maybe it's getting a bit cooler now in the house, which makes the mycelium slow

I went back to spores with one of my own prints and wasn't disappointed with the result!
Pins appeared 14 days after spawn and I got the thickest Semp I've ever had so far. They're dropping spores and to top it of they're only 18 days old:

Look at these sunflowers, calling for you

I cloned them and... happy days - the stem isn't hollow:

Finally, here is a size comparison between a pen, a Cyanescens and a Semperviva:

T'was a Good Day
I have high hopes for these clones

It could just be the culture I'm working with. I used 5 quarts of water to 1000g coir for this run, scale that whichever direction you need to. 1:2.5 spawn/sub, half pint top layer.
I did a grow log/write-up here Still a work in progress

Checked out your write-up, nice . I'll be more patient, should work out fine. As I haven't got any space in the FC decided do fruit them in the bag like you did, thx for the reply FP

letting them dry out more rather than keeping conditions up like cubes, have induced fruiting in around 3 small subs. Excited to see development. fan of the drying out more than cubes theory
coir was brow-dry but white primordia was forming - the question is what to do after? im afraid to mist, thinking it will contam. ive seen my sluggish subtrops contam a lot at the primordia stage when you mist them maybe thats a exact point to avoid - misting at the primorida stage.
we have been disucussing alot that they dont neccessarily need *lots* of FAE, but they prefer more than a completely unmodified, although those *will* suffice in my experience. maybe the unicorn/mycobags you have here have the perfect amount of FAE since they look so upstraight and good?
from your grow log i see you used 1:2,5 grain:coir ratio, coir on the dry side, one filter patch for FAE
you're also finishing jars in 2,5w with your shakes - not that slow even if cubes/others are faster
What temps are you running after primordia stage freshprints?

These look amazing. I finally started some germ plates & am going to T1 today. I would share pictures but can't really see through the condensation.

The reason I left the bags completely sealed is because I thought they might dry out before I saw pins, but its pretty clear that semps can tolarate conditions with minimal fae. I did burn two holes in each bag on the 19th, I'll update the grow log with that note.
My grow space is a steady 71ยฐ year round
