Not what I bought it for, but a table spoon of citric acid in the dish washer gets rid of water spots from hard water. Makes whites whiter and brights brighter in laundry, too. I feel like such a queen of clean.

Also good in a water bath to remove hard water deposits from shower and faucet heads. Way cheaper and safer than CLR.

Good in and on gummys, too. And a great preservative diluted on sliced fruits and veggies before dehydrating.

Alright, I will stop now.

But wait, there's more...

Awesome tip - never thought to use it for the dishwasher but it makes sense that it would work. I have the stuff on-hand for cleaning my spring water dispenser (it gets coated with minerals over time).

It’s probably hard water. Get a rinse aid?

Looks like you beat me to it, but I have this same bag at home too. Gonna try it out in the dishwasher.

That stuff is great for mushroom tea. You left that out.

These make my harvesting in a monotub way easier. I think they are listed as embroidery scissors..

Well, sure, if you are feeling wacky. No, that is actually one of the reasons I first tried it so naturally I forgot to mention it.

LOL. I know you are joking but as a PSA please don't!!! I had my son eat a pinch because I am an evil prick. I had some too. It will make you pucker. Can't imagine what it will do to your rectum, but it will tenderize the roof of you mouth real nice.

**adult son, I am not that evil.

Yup! Those non-curve tip ones just can't get in there and get the job done as good.

Looks like yours might have a bit longer blade on them. I think I might get 1 of them to see if it helps more.
