Strange cottage cheese and aerial mycelium? No pinning.Does this look ok?

Hi, OP here,
I'm new to the hobby and set up an all in one grow bag with a multispore GT syringe. I birthed this block 6 days ago. Notably, none of the spiky/aerial/clumpy mycelium had come in yet. I induced FC with light FAE, and have kept humidity at 95-99%.
The Block is sitting on foil on a wet layer of perlite. I am using the max yield bin shotgun fruiting chamber.
I have searched far and wide without quite coming upon a situation such as this. Notably, there is heavy bruising in an area around the most of the blocks circumference where the bag got caught when I was pushing it out. At least I hypothesize its bruising...if not, what could it be?
I am a trained scientist and and this does not look like any contamination to me...but if you think so, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
Any feedback on what you think may be going on here would be immensely appreciated. Thanks!

hey man that thing is gross. it might still cough up some fruits. just keep the surface a bit moist and the perlite shiny, also trim the excess foil. thats really all you can do. read my sig to attain enlightenment

Thanks. Read your sig. I used some spores to inoculate agar and a few lc's when I started. Had some good growth after 4 passages on agar. Inoculated some grain jars with agar sectors that are now colonizing and some bags with the lc.
What part of block looks contaminated? I an very curious in identifying culprit.

As a total, newbie here, it would in my opinion be beneficial if the experts would give a little more detail in the response.
Just a thought.

Just wanted to update this for any hopeless soul in a similar situation and wondering if there is any chance their all in one grow block monstrosity will produce any food of the gods...
Yes. I have some shrooms coming in.
I changed two things: increased misting and increased FAE.
The most important but not quite obvious implication is that I dramatically increased evaporation while still maintaining high humidity. I believe this was the trick and therein lies the single most important factor.
The greats have pointed this out multiple times.
Peace and good luck failing n00b shroomer from 2025!
