I think everything I salvaged from the kit has been hexed. The jar (pictured) I reused, and what was spawned from it started showing a trich patch last night. It was in the cursed bag, so that takes care of everything from the kit. 100% loss 😂

I think it could be a defective filter on the jar, in which case the other jars should be OK. Jar and lid go into trash with bag after a sprinkle of holy water.

Don't trash jars. Use the dishwasher man, or just soap. They get sterilized on your next PC batch anyways

It has a non standard sized opening, could used doubled foil I suppose.

All I really have to do is remove suspect patch and replace with a couple of layers of micropore tape.

Micropore tape isn't reliable as a filter. Use an SFD or Polyfil IMO.

I went to bulk with this one. Expectations are low.

Edit- no signs of contam yet. Did a microtub (tupperware) for a section that broke off and hit the ground...producing some side pins and primordia.
