Theory-land, once I get a 23 QT PC. Jars, Brands,

So, I want to purchase a 23 QT PC this month and this will be my first time using a PC as a tool for muchrooms.
(I am familiar with a PC as I have one to cook but it's only fits 16 Oz jars w/ 4 jars on their side, in-other-words tight space )
Anyway, I am in theory-land mentally-wondering, -once I get a 23 QT PC, what brand is reliable in-case of replacement parts? How many est. jars can fit in 23 QT PC with 16 oz or 32 oz and which one is recommended?
I've seen videos where people place some metal bolt to extend the height for the water level and I plan to also do that because I do not want to accidentally be caught up in a dry situation. -Does anyone do that and if so, how many inches for extended height? SO you said yes to question, then how many jars can you fit now with those extra inches?
I know I sound silly. But being on a $800 budget... well I guess I could always return the items so I guess this is kinda pointless of a post..
-When reading a thread in the monotub category, it had said that 7 jars per-tub so I am wondering is that 32 oz or 16 oz?
These questions, will be like "Ah" I found it, then feel dumb for not searching better.

Just get the Presto 23q PC. They've been around forever, replacement parts are readily available, can operate at 15+ psi and for like ~$130 it's a great investment. You could get several Presto 23s for the cost of one All American PC and seriously expand your operation if you wanted to.
I use 4, 1/2 pint jars to hold my trivet and keep my jars out of the water. That's like, IDK 2.75"? You'd have to measure that if you wanted to use bolts, but with the trivet and jars elevated out of the water I can get 7, 32oz jars done in one cycle. Otherwise, if my jars are in the water I can get 10 in there.
7 jars for a monotub is a lot of spawn. If your spawn is clean you can get away with 3-4 for a 66qt monotub. For the very, very, very large majority of the time, any time we talk about grain jars on here it's a quart (32oz). 7 quarts of spawn is a lot for a monotub, and 7 pints of spawn is not enough. Just stick to trusted TEKs and save yourself some time and headache
You've posted about this topic recently and got good advice. If I were to start with $800 I would either go on amazon and buy one of the $500 FFUs from China, buy the $130 Presto 23, a media bottle or two (for agar) and a case of plates. Or, just start small with the PF TEK to see if I even like the hobby and save my cash for when I'm positive I want to spend it all on the new hobby

I thought about the FFU and would love to have this as the first thing but I have to slowly work up to these as the whole investment is also the supplies and i get a presto 23 QT and will be building a flow hood instead, well eventually will be building one

2nd on the Presto. It's the best. I bought a Barton and it was total garbage, cheaper, but couldn't get the pressure up as it never sealed tight--had to return it.
