EZ Q: Monotubs = same clone myc or misc?

I've only done SB's previously but I just bought some 54qt Sterilite containers for monotubs this time around (I have jars ready to go but may do SB's this one last time, depending on y'alls answer).
I plan on upgrading to bags within the next couple of grows. But for now I'm still using 1qt mason jars.
One question for any/everyone: whether it's a myc qt or regular qt, do y'all A2G with the same agar to multiple jars?
Lets say you like using 5 myc quarts of B+ to whatever amount of coir, do you make all 5 qts with the same agar dish so all 5 grain jars are from the same clone? Or do you just dump in 5 qts of B+, from any agar, and it cultivates fine? Does that make sense how I asked?
Thanks!

sure you can cut 1 plate into 5 wedges for A2G, or expand it to multiple plates so you have 1 plate per jar or per 2 jars, its a matter of preference
you can also spawn different clones to one tub if you choose to but dont expect an even canopy
-------------------- Confused? Well now you can!

Yes, you can use the same agar plate for multiple inoculations. I tend to use an agar plate for at least two jars of grains. Sometimes I'll use a plate for four jars. You got to be careful with your sterile technique though, because each successive time you go to take a transfer from the same dish, your odds of your shit getting contaminated go up.
As Bakedbeings said, you can spawn different cultures into the same tub, and it will work just fine. You might get an uneven canopy compared to a tub growing from one single isolated culture, but proper surface conditions make more of an impact in my opinion. You can get great canopies with a multi-spore culture as long as you have everything dialed in.

Ok cool thanks for the reply! That's what I assumed but I couldn't find any posts to confirm or suggest otherwise, and I searched a lot. I appreciate it!

Hmmm okay interesting, thank you! I'm thinking I'll stick to SB's one last time for my current grain jars, then. But I have 6 plates that need transfers to new plates, so I'll split those up onto multiple plates for extra jars for monos.
Cheers!
