Getting Back Into Growing. New To Agar. Contam Advice?

Hey all, that's for stopping by.
I grew back in the day with mixed success, and have decided to re-picked up the hobby. Figured I'd start with some Agar work.
I Noc'd up a bunch of plates (75) 10 days ago, and I'm having some issues determining if they're good, or toasted. I messed up and didn't let the media jars cool in front of my FFU, so I'm having some doubts.other than that, I thought my sterile technique was pretty good? Any input would be appreciated.
AGAR Recipe: 500ML: 10G AGAR 7.5G Malt Extract Maltoferm 10001 0.25G Nutritional Yeast Powdered PC 15 PSI 20MIN 120f Pour Temp
They're Jack Frost Iso syringe from ITW.
Some were done via (multiple) syringe drops, some were sterile swabbed in a zig zag pattern.
I'm having a difficult time determining if they're tomentose growth or not. Once again, this is 10 days growth.

The last pic is from the back of the dish. It has a slight peach discoloration. Any black specks are slight sediment, btw.
That's for any replies!

The discoloration is probably the mycelium eating the food colouring. Likely nothing to worry about but it can make it harder to spot contamination. Some of those look ready for transfer. Pics 5 and 6 appear to have something else riding along. Probably best to transfer from the the plate in your 3rd pic, imo. Take some transfers from the leading edges where you see nice uniformed growth and let them grow out. Watch the new plates for any signs of contamination amd get back to us if you're still unsure.

Thanks for the insight!
In pics 5/6 there's a bit of glare there. I'm assuming you're referring to the spots near the center/6oclock? Theyre white, but it was hard to capture with the camera with decent light/glare.
Thanks for easing my mind about the discoloration. Ill probably not use coloring next time.

I have so many fkn plates going right now I might let some of them go for a week (I'll be outta town) and just throw them in some grain when I get back. I'll transfer some of the good stuff first, though. Thanks!

Yeah, it might just be wispy myc but if I was gonna transfer I'd just use a different plate to be sure. Up to you though, depends how many plates you wanna end up with. Just take what you think looks the best, cleanest, uniformed growth and make some transfers. Even if you mess up a few, you get to learn valuable lessons. I don't bother with color anymore, much easier to spot contamination with clear plates.
