I wonder the same thing. It is pretty sad, the only prayer for them is that they bought it and never tried and was just trying to flip it... but still.
I think some people did do that, sold fake gels and hash and dipped out early.

none of the doses at bonnaroo that i saw were real..ive come to the conclusion they are AMT but not sure..i wasted money as well..but i do have one cool story about honest people at bonnaroo...right before i left i bought something that cost 100 bucks, i acidentally gave the dude 200 and i went back and he was still packing up and he gave me my money back , he could have easily just told me to fuck off...so thats cool

yeah, it sucks.
i think it's gonna be around a lot of shows that draw an "acid crowd" or whatever you wanna call it. it sucks.
if i wanted to i couldnt sell fake stuff...but (this would be only if i really wanted to, i don't do this) i probably could get away with a little amount to a person or 2, but really if its a lot, for lots of money, i can't bring myself to do that. Not only knowing what i'm doing, but if the people find me later on, that would suck.

They say that acid don't have a taste.. i disagree. As soon as the paper hits my tongue i know whether or not it's going to be good. I have'nt yet run across anyone who sold me bunk shit at a Dead show, and it would suck. I'm going to hit Alpine this year, and my brothers and i are always on the hunt for paper. Usually by the time the Dead hits the midwest word is out on what paper is going around that is good, and which is bunk. Just keep your eyes and ears open and good luck to all on the score. Lets make damn sure when we get back from shows, or to a PC, we get word to the pub which kinds are good, which are bad. That may help others out that are on the hunt.

Is why some kids sell 'spitters'. Blotter paper smeared with spit so it has an acidy taste to it.
You're right about listening to what ppl say is good. Trouble is early in the tour we don't know yet. Still some dragon left from last year but the guy cooking it was busted in CO months ago if I remember right.

afaik, as a heads up, there is little to no real fractal out there. got burned for a bit of cash myself on it. buy nothing fractal without the glossy/honeycomb imprint into it.

I quit buying drugs at raves when I met these kids that would go to the 711, buy a bottle of sweet breath, and sell it for $5 a drop at raves before making a quick getaway.

anyway, now I'm of the school of thought that there is nothing more pathetic than someone looking for drugs at a party. The whole reason the rave scene has been mainly shut down is because people were treating raves like grocery stores for drugs. Fuck you people. Do your deals at home.

No, I haven't. But I have been to other big music festivals so I guess I know what you mean, but still, it seems like if you told other people, it would be kind of easy to track down someone selling bunk shit....it does really suck that there are assholes who do that.
