I love this new movie! Lots of trippy magik. It even got spooky too! Fuckin' awesome. I missed about 10mins in the beginning as the original theater i went to sold out for the last show and i had to drive to another one nearby. But Im sure it was awesome too. I thought it was perfect. Wow.

It Follows 9/10
Tight little package here. Not a super great idea, but its told so well it doesn't matter. Basically about the worst of all sexually transmitted diseases. (horror)

This had trippy colors and may not be a bad tripping movie. Girl inherits an old house out in country from family she has never met. 7/10

I watched I Will Fight No More Forever (1975) it’s a really sad movie. I guess the government wanted to take over Native American peoples land and convert them to their beliefs or force them to leave. 4/5 It’s a very depressing movie I wish I could do something to help the Native Americans. Truthfully I think their lifestyle was a lot better living off earth hunting I bet there was way more animals and plants back then. We turned American into a polluted dump in some places.
It’s insane peyote is not legal for spiritual use I’m pretty sure the Native American church knows it has spiritual value. Like in the movie the chief was talking about how the white man sells his people liquor. I think it should be as easy to obtain peyote as alcohol. It’s actually safer and I don’t think you will want to do it as often it’s way less addictive. The stuff is hard to eat I’m certain San Pedro tastes bad.

Requiem for a Dream (2000) Been a while since I watched this. They are like dancing around on heroin, most of the junkies I see are pretty fucking far from dancing, maybe not the most accurate depiction of heroin use. I did like the subplot with his mom. 8/10 still a good flick

Midsommar 10/10
Wow, this movie is far out! It feels so normal yet so bizarre and creepy at the same time. Its the strangest feeling. I loved the subtle psychedelia and use of bright colors and sounds. Really unique! It gets pretty brutal so be prepared
Im not sure I would want to watch this on Shrooms

I got a DVD drive for my computer and got Rob Zombies movie house of 1000 corpses. I watched the unrated version on Hulu before but this was slightly different. I been reading there are actually multiple versions of the movie the original was never released or something. I’m not sure it actually made me sad. One of the killers is wearing a t shirt that says burn this flag with the American flag on it. It’s sick stuff like that actually happens in this country nothing I can do about it though I would if I could. 4/5

I watched a movie today called Hunger (2009) it's about an insane man who builds a pit with cameras he locks some people in it leaving only water and a scapple. He records everything wants them to eat each other. I couldn't help thinking to myself that this film could actually be happing in real life possibly currently like in Mexico or something. Imagine that happing with people you loved and cared about like your family that would be really messed up after a few weeks even if you loved someone you would probably turn on them. I swear if I ever get locked in a pit by a crazy man trying to get me to eat people, I will let the others kill me. I think eating people is extremely disgusting but interesting to me because I find it extremely gross and don't understand how or why somebody would do that. The world is a sick place. 5/5

Friday the 13th (1980) 2/10
So last night (this morning), i was up late watch TV with my lady raver friends and this movie was on the TV. I only saw the last half, but it was so awful. Goofy as fuck. Totally ridiculous. The physical acting was terrible. The "scary" acting was so silly. Its mind-blowing that I am just seeing this movie. But then again, I typically dont watch movies from the 80's....glad I "know" about the movie, never watching it again....

Movie Title "Crimes of the Future" 3/10
Hands down one of the weirdest movies I have ever seen. I think they where trying to say something about how the world and mankind is evolving but it is weird.
Tattooing your organs inside your body and people growing new organs so they can eat plastic. Surgery is the new sex so people just cut into each other and suck on the wounds.

They lost me there about half way thru, i didnt understand how the kid was born with tattooed organs, I guess I could read up on it but you shouldn't have to research to figure out what you just saw. Or maybe I'm just dumb
I give 9/10 for Blond (2022) This Netflix Marilyn Monroe movie is getting a lot of hate but I fucking loved it. All these bio pic movies take some degree of artistic license, at this point MM is so iconic, such a legend, making a straight up honest movie is almost impossible. The book it's based on isn't an auto biography.
I think people wanted a happy story but it's really fucking sad, also she talks to her fetuses before aborting's them so that triggered lots of people I'm sure. She gets raped several times. There is one part that almost suggests she's an MK Ultras mind controlled sex slave for JFK, and I am sure it went over the heads of many viewers.
I thought it was awesome, it turns into a surreal nightmare as her drug use progresses. Adrian Bordy plays Arthur Miller the author (her 2nd or third husband). Joe Dimaggio was a brutal wife beater. In the popular media he put flowers on her grave for 20 years after she died, but that doesn't change the fact he was an abuser. A sad story for a larger than life figure. The shot of her standing on the subway grate is a great scene. Oh yeah and the chick who plays MM is gorgeous and nails the part with all her heart.

Captain Fantastic (2016)
8/10
I like movies that don't rely on a big budget or special effects, but are honest explorations of the human experience.
About a family made up of a dad whose hatred of modern society drives him to personality disorder and a suicidal bi-polar mother, who raise a flock of very intelligent and accomplished but extremely awkward and socially naive kids out in the woods of Washington State.
The mother's suicide brings them out of the woods to attend her funeral which indirectly forces them all to confront and evaluate their lives.
The scene after Bodeven gets his first kiss from a pretty girl was priceless.
