I use neem up until mid flower without issue. As long as the application is not too heavy it should be fine.
I do however prefer to use spinosad at any point in flower to avoid the possibility of neem tasting bud. It's about as safe a neutral a pest control as you're going to find. I just hit my late flower buds with it yesterday and we're all good here.

I entirely disagree, cats can ruin a late grow very rapidly and treating for them from the start of flower through late flower is essential. This is probably just a regional difference that affects people in certain areas, but west of the cascades cabbage moths are a fucking nightmare and it's war till harvest.
When I grew on the east side in the high plains desert of redmond pests were a zero issue and I had my first outdoor crop that had exactly zero mold or damage anywhere in the crop. It got colder sooner, but the dry air prevented rot and the high elevation full day sun exposure helped them ripen fully.
YMMV, but if you live where there's caterpillars I suggest treating up until a week or two before harvest with bt or spinosaid

It got down to high 30's(F°) last night. I'll probably be harvesting within a week or a bit more if I can push it

Cut a small branch off the other day because there were some moldy spots. Here's what I managed to salvage.

Tested ph and my runoff is 3.5- 4. Might explain deficiency. Idk. My tap water after dechlorinating is at 5... I have some garden lime, should I try and get water to 6.5-7 with that?

I disagree with Spinosad being harmless. It has actually been banned in Cannabis cultivation in some places because we don't understand the affects of smoking it. It takes a few weeks to break down after spraying too.

Harm must be proven, not it's existence disproven. If California banned it, it doesn't mean a damn thing. Oxygen is known to cause cancer to the state of California
Spinosad is literally just a fungus that affects insects, like cordycepts but without the large fruiting body. It cannot harm people and is not dangerous to use in any way.
What you are doing is spreading misinformation.

I don’t like spraying anything but my garden spray but sometimes bt is needed for the bud worms. Almost all my outdoor is for hash except for a few plants…

BT breaks down much faster than spinosad, days as compared to weeks.

That's really frosty. That's something to look up too. Hunter hunter That's job well done. Any advise on IPM?
Here are my 2x4 flowers. The electric sky v300 is causing some foxtailing on a few. Could also be strain related. Idk these are f1. The "apple cider kush" is fading purple really fast. Just a couple cold nights.

Here's more pics. The foxtail buds are gorilla cookies auto cross. The other one is making more spear head type buds but she is shorter and not as close to the light. I dimmed the light some today and raised it last time.
The last pics is wedding cheesecake auto cross and is fading yellow really fast. She's done 1st it looks like. I'm in love with the apple cider. She is so pretty and has that purple showing up places almost black looking. Smells like sour pears and kinda skunky dank. I wonder what the bushy apple cider in the 4x4 will do when she gets cold. She smell the same as her sister.

The plant furthest along had a bud with rot so I harvested my first ever home grown buds (yay) after being a smoker for the last 25 years. It's not going to win a cannabis cup but I love it. Very rewarding. Kind of strange I grew shrooms decades before weed, but I guess they don't smell like weed does.
Drying in a spare bedroom. Blacked out the windows, got a mini dehumidifier from Walmart and have a fan on low circulating air.

Now the trick will be to keep the other three plants alive. They need more time to ripen. Come on sunny days. It's gloomy a lot here... Damn lake clouds.

Can’t say strain names it’ll blow my cover.
I can’t use anything strong. That would be a crazy answer for IPM.
Keep it clean. Kill off sick shit. Keep things quarantined if possible. If you have a specific issue I can answer what I know for what I’ve dealt with.
