Nausea and stomach pain for days?

Hello!
I recently started trying/playing with Microdosing. I've never taken a full trip before and am super sensitive to everything.
First time, took 50mg in capsule, felt a bit tired but nothing too noticeable.
Second time, took 75mg in capsule, felt very drowsy and a bit nauseous but passed the following day. I did get a cold following this time but not sure it was related.
Third time, dropped it to 25mg put powder into a smoothie, went for a walk and felt very over-stimulated and anxious. Felt nauseous and it has not stopped since. This was 2.5 days ago now. Constantly nauseous like I want to vomit but can't, can't sleep much and stomach is in knots, headache, had some diarrhea. and it does not seem to pass. Tried some ginger gravel, eating super basic etc.
Needless to say I don't think mushrooms are for me, sad to say but wondering if anyone has ever experienced stomach upset/nausea for days following on SUCH a low dose? Seems a bit crazy to me. Maybe it has to do with taking the powder straight rather than capsule. I can't think of anything else it could be and feels different than food poisoning.
Thanks for any input on this!

absolutely, I agree shroom tea is king... Not just for the nausea factor but generally speaking IMHO, many pros to the tea I reckon. If you don't want the hassle of making tea every day for microdosing, make a weeks worth and freeze it in ice cubes or whatever, then you can just take a cube or however much equates to a microdose every morning
but honestly I would be curious about the material you took, simply because that small an amount seems unlikely to have caused you stomach upset for days. May have been some hitchhiker bad microbes in those shrooms from poor drying/storage or something along those lines I would bet
Anyway, all the best with it, hope you figure it out. Shrooms are worth some figuring out, there are many benefits, don't give up

I hope you feel better OP! It's strange that such a small dose triggers nausea... there's something I saw many recommend, which is lemon balm. I never tried it but it seems to help many. Also just in case you enjoy cannabis, just a tiny puff blows away the nausea.
The thing is it's unusual that your issue seem to not go away after a few days even. This coupled with the tiny amounts you take makes me wonder whether there's something wrong with your mushrooms.... did you grow them yourself?

Were the mushrooms dried correctly? Did they look okay? Could be from contaminated mushrooms causing stomach issues days after.
