If you didn’t dunk then the lids the cakes are in are perfect for bottom watering.
The chamber looks dry to me but you’ve put them in to a smaller one which should be easier to maintain. I’ve never bothered checking humidity. You’ll get a feel for it. Temperature is fine.
The cakes are protected from outside contaminants while they’re in the jars. Once they’re out they’ve been exposed so there’s no advantage to putting them back. If you did birth too early they’ll finish in the chamber. Time to be patient.
Cakes look good to me.

I don’t birth a cake until I see small pins. Dunk and roll then put the cakes in the FC. I wait for a day before misting the cakes, seems to help the vermiculite stick better.
Subsequent flushes get a dunk but not a roll.
That’s me, there are different ways that work. Guidelines rather than rules.
