Have an interview to work for the Jazz/Vivent.

Is through Vivent but most of my shifts will be with the Jazz and back down on the court again. Is like a secret word there like Disney where people can work and players go but is kept secret from the public. With Disney is like a 7 year backlist to pay a massive amount to get in to just have a cocktail and great dining. My advice, bring a plastic flask.
Anyway work a job that pays more as money matters or work a job that pays less and one doesn't have a clock in ones face and time feels like it is going backwards? Hope I get the Jazz job at the secret place.
For the NBA players and family and the rich. Whatever. Have worked it before and they are like, never mention it! Great, like a Kubrick movie.
Not with this place but N.D.A.'s is just like fuck them. I feel like signing page after page with an large X.
People think you need a job in life, you really don't and my unasked for advice is I am doing you a favor for even showing up her to h.r. man that my brother was before it bored him, despite the great pay, despite the benefits, despite all the perks, he quit.
Never feel like a slave. Don't be brash and entitled either. Just meet on equal grounds. Really is like a battle. In todays economy and inflation they need you a lot more than you need them.
As I enjoy my beer, cocktail, and k-pin. Pressure is gone. Great thing about savings. Is just such a rush to be able to walk up to the floor of an NBA game. Still debating if I want to work or not but that and some concerts there, think I would. Will see. Why haven't you worked for years? Because I don't have to nor do I now but I CHOOSE to.
No one is a slave. And I don't want to hear whiney bullshit. You make the choice.
It is the same thing of doing a job that is corrupted and the endless justifications for doing it. I hiked 3 and a half weeks on the PCT and my tent and no payment at a hotel. Cost NOTHING! Rice and beans and water.
No one owes anyone anything you fat and lazy nation. Billions to Ukraine, to student debt, to whatever. Not coming from the rich but that hide it in tax havens but the middle class and they TAKE PRIDE in doing so like they are patriotic, not understanding they are just getting drained financially by the government and endless war. War is peace peace is war. Blah.
Beware the military industrial complex. The wheel is rigged. Will still take the job if they offer me it but at the same time, I can't count how many jobs I have just left.
I see a larger picture.

Still time for a 1.5 liter of Vodka, Five Wives, heading out for another one. Is amusing for those that have worked as an H.R. or know those that do or have.
I DO NOT GIVE A SHIT! Social Security card clear, and wow that one is really important to those and yes I get all the other garbage, a resume, no just you are white and have experience here and we don't care because you know the secret room.
Bots and people. Called to them at the actual h.r. place to verify and didn't sense fakeness. Thank you psychedelics. Two name they provided me and not from the past. It was like, you know this secret club, is making me laugh. But yeah it is time to work again and on with the fakeness. Well paid, well I will be even more fake. I just act like a statue.
And like with everyone time passes but give service when required. As a servant/server most of my life really they look at one as nothing which is fine, and you just stand in a tux for hours on end.
Off to the interview. On Monday. Blah. Vodka all three days then on with the experience. You are hired! Hey that is great. On with it. Is just strange when living in a hometown and knowing people and they all die out or retire and dealing with bots and then ir it is a real person or not.
I just might buy another 1.5 liter of Vodka and not even go. I am a self suffient human being.
JUST BE GLAD IF THEY OFFER YOU A JOB.
H.R. Man at the Alta Club. Just locked his door and was on the computer all night. Makes me laugh to this day. He got fired in a few weeks but was, I don't give a shit, on to the next one.
That is jadedness at its best. And he will get another job. One starts to find out more in this world if one cares to look how much of your time you give over and what is worth it and what is not.

Yeah, not doing it. Can't stand shitty basketball with this years team and music concerts like one feels like one is at Guan Bay. Plan B. They were not happy about it. Whatever. The older one gets for many the more one realizes time/money and those easily interswitch.
Why is it easier to be brain dead to music when one is younger and then one has heard about everything of worth and served people that, I don't want to, and just fuck it, tired of it? On with it.
God give me back the Salt Palace. Is interesting when works in one city for a long time is like everyone knows you somewhere.
Like one giant Cheers Bar like NORM in a good way.

Lol. They want to interview me again. You get to an experience level and it is just signing forms and bringing your S.S. card and ID and bank paper with ones checking account number and routing number on it.
Is amusing how difficult they want to make the whole process for most people. Like one should be down on ones knee and THANK YOU FOR THIS when one knows the time and what effort is required. As well as the dealing with people one wouldn't want to ever be around.
It is, I get it and get on with it. So many other options. Just want to see the NBA and some concerts and still do my job but not have to pay for it basically. And hopefully they give discounts. Don't know.
Overall I can afford it anyway which is a great tool when going in of I don't need this job, I can do this job, and lets get through the bullshit. If not, where is the nearest pub? I already know but just jokingly, I am ok with my life with or without this job. Their is tedium but there is also excitement.
Will be interesting but what is great is what will always be there for one where one hasn't burned the bridges by no call and no shows just going to another place that does the same thing and NORM, yeah I am back. And they just know.
They talk about PRICELESS for a stupid credit card ad. What is priceless is working a job because you want to and not because you feel you have to. PRICELESS!
But yeah, verbal agreement is I will work when the Jazz play shitty teams but a clause is, the option to opt out of concerts. Is non-negotiable, lol. I don't know, life is just really good right now but even vacations get boring after awhile.
Where did he go? You might not know where he went but he knows. Spirit journey. I don't know. Maybe way to much time on the Pacific Crest Trail. Some "drugs" let one see through people and society and nature does the rest. Rest in peace nature, our habitat means nothing. Like currency is soon becoming. I don't care. Always a pub around the corner.
"That is all you care about". He makes a good point. Keep printing it endlessly and sending endless finances out and inflation. I don't give a shit and like that character said, I am ahead of the curve.

Uggghhh! Really. I get why Primus made a song about the DMV and hell. Human Resources can be put in the same category. It is like I don't need the money as I am fine financially just I want to work before the concert.
Well there is a process. No shit. It takes awhile, I understand but can you expedite it? God when one has finances and just wants to work because yeah, a bit of extra for doing hard work means something but mainly because I choose to and not the, I AM HUMAN RESOURCES, GROVEL TO DO A SHIT JOB BEFORE ME!
My brother worked H.R. for the fancy and entitled Leavitt Group, one of the shittiest politicians ever even in Utah. And he was bored to tears and quit it and teaches at a University.
I get the game. Is amazing how much time is wasted for getting a job and then when you do have it every minute counts!

Yeah. Going to go in dressed in shorts and a t-shirt and sandals to it, really do not care as going to the zoo afterwards. As everyone knows form Simon and Garfunkal it s all happening at the zoo, I do believe it, I do believe its true.
The office, I get it the jadedness. H.R. is no different. When one gets to the point of I really don't give a shit. Is so weird seeing him play that role then the role he plays in Barry.
WHEW! Booked the Saraha in Vegas today and after recovering from that in two days basically front row side seats by the stage for the Gorillaz. Not a slave anymore. Done my time in those kind of environments and literally in a cell. Been awhile. Life is good. And no scams like that in that movie will be caught. My time was for lsd.
Feel sorry for me, please. Point being is I have been in the industry for so long and I get how it all works and know how to do the job, with my last two employers one saying come back and the other, at Vivent arena and the upper class and players just saying, you can come back anytime some may get it but I get that my twin that never worked there went from a Manager at a prestige club in SLC where the rich and politicians go, and yes they don't care if they drive home drunk, not for it by the way but am a peasant, but I can go back there as well. Or other places.
Is just so strange when one is younger and what one learns by the old timers and experience. Just for an interview, I get it, I know how to do the job, it doesn't matter how I dress to h.r. , and do you want to hire me on the spot or not? Well there is a process. Well I just booked Vegas and a concert. It is like they want to beg to them. One does not and am in a fuck off mood.
With one ally in life dying and another with her brain surgery that didn't work it is like. What is important in life. I have finances and a one bedroom apartment. Not rich but the larger picture. GROVEL BEFORE ME! Human Resources is one of the most boring jobs one can have as my brother learned. Going to the zoo right after to explain my attire.
Animals are so much more authentic then people are.

Yeah interview tomorrow. Dressing like I am going to a Jimmy Buffett concert. Will be interesting if they still offer me the job or not. Thank God for good credit and being financially solvent.
What threw me off was Jazz games. No Gobert and no Spider, or Royce, really nobody. Plus that to work concerts that I would pick and choose is through another H.R. person. So yeah, the zoo after. Feels like one there.
Social experiments still make me laugh when one gets it. why I will get up early. We all know that feeling. Yeah, how much suffering do you want to suffer in your life and at what cost and times?
How an alarm clock sounds to me. When one drags it out as long as one can and yes, it is shitty music. Like an alarm when one wants to sleep in. I did laundry today, that is worth something to me. God I have sat and just laid down in an apartment for three straight days and the highest effort I was willing to give was to get up and shit and pee and a lot of snacks. Even making a meal was sooo much effort.
Hope everyone enjoyed their holiday weekend in the States. Labor Day. Thank you oh great ones! Rodger Waters, Albarn, and Buffet. Works for me. for my concert season. Getting hungry with some beer.
