Myyco review-updated - package received 1

I placed an order with myyco on Sunday. This is my first time using this vendor so I thought that I would leave a review. I will update this again with any additional information once I receive the package.
Ordered 8/21 1ea JMF and PE
The ordering process was simple and professional (which was expected ) I was told it would be 10 or 12 days before it ships. I thought that was a little much. I’m hoping that this is because they don’t have 50 gallons of the stuff just sitting around and What I will be receiving will be fresh.
More to come..

I received my order today. Everything looks great so far. The package shipped out of Ohio (I was expecting CA) The packaging is great! It feels and looks kinda luxurious lol..at $29.00 a peice im glad they do.I only wish the PE looked like the JMF but I will let that one grow out for a few days probably. I will test these cultures ASAP.

Doesn't well printed packaging equal a quality product?

Please forgive my ignorance, but I was under the impression that mycelium was illegal to manufacture or purchase. Has something changed?

I just did a search and found a thread from last year which had been closed. Have the moderators reconsidered their decision?
“Reason: After an internal discussion, the Shroomery has decided not to renew Myyco's sponsor banner. We believe that the proprietors have done their due diligence in researching, organizing and operating their business, and I am personally excited to see our laws begin to flex toward greater societal and legal acceptance of a substance and experience as uniquely powerful and potentially beneficial as psychedelic mushrooms indeed can be. However, because we here are not yet comfortable explicitly endorsing the free and open trade of liquid cultures on the Shroomery forums, the double standard created by allowing a vendor to offer the same ultimately doesn't seem appropriate. When we can loosen our own community policy, we would be happy to welcome a company such as Myyco back to our sponsor board.”

It seems that way, I know a few if us have enquired as to whether we can start trading cultures in the market place but we never received feedback.

I've read that there are ways to make LC without alkaloids
One article I read said mycelium doesn't produce alkaloids until fructification or when knots start forming either way
Another was low or no nutes/sugar in the media
The last I can remember was under anaerobic conditions you can halt the mycelium development and keep it from getting to the stage of alkaloid production
I can't really remember where I read it and I dont know if there were any sources to academic papers or anything confirming any of the claims
There was a vendor who isn't a sponsor here that had FlourishLabs test lcs and they came back without any actives I believe
