These are definitely not the best examples, but I have a few different white phenos too, wasn't sure if they were truly leucistic or not with how Natalensis puts out all kinds of phenos.

Where are you pulling all your different phenos from? Did you have one original source print, or did you grow from multiple prints?

My original working source was one print, and then just taking swabs from all of the different results of that have given me great diversity

Amazing how much diversity is on one print. Excellent source of genetics.

A subtropica cross would be insanely interesting and novel depending on the other participant

Species crossing is way above my pay grade! I meant mixing fresh or dry harvested mushrooms when consuming.

My theory is that since these were "new to science in 1995" cultivation has slowly started since then, meaning these are still very close to nature unlike the cubensis cultivar that are decades into genetic isolations and cloning development... so the genetic diversity in the natalensis is not nearly as tamed yet.

well, i spawned this on the 14th of august just thinking, well, let's see if natalensis really dont care..
the jar was bacterial and quite so, lots of metabolites and a noticeable smell of granny smith when opening the jar..
breaking it up it did smell nice and mushy, but it was definitely one of the least healthy smelling jars.

that's how it looks today
could the beneficial bacteria from the pasteurised hpoo/straw play a role?

Hhah, right! Will do, either is good advice, maybe will do both. Been confused with the dried dose, as many people refer to 2x cubes strength, and few people mentioned 3x, which I doubt. I myself didn't have a chance to go tripping, only microdosing. I suppose dosing fresh is a different thing though, as I tried a little bitty sm0l boi a week ago just for fun, and it felt good, I didn't even expect to feel anything. How much snow would you recommend to take, considering I don't want to trip balls rn?

I spawn my natal shoeboxes the same day :tongue2:
Looks like yours is thriving. You can see a delayed "timelapse" of mine in my signature's link.
I did some experimentations (i know i shouldn't since its my first grow...but) up and down the field capacity and the driest ones are already munching the surface...

Can't give you feedback on the nutricional value of the bacteria for the hungry natalensis since I still don't know shit about fuck

The most hail mary of a spawn bag I ever sent was a 2-3 month old Nat bag full of piss into cv.
If I remember correct the first shake never actually took due to how unhealthy the spawn was, but a 2nd shake moved things along into a fully colonized piss bag.
The tub went on to fruit multiple flushes, and I tapped it out before any contams ever did.  If it was cubes it never would've stood a chance.  Almost reminded me of Lion's Mane piss if ya'll ever experienced that.

My vote is nats just don't give af.  And I god damn love them for that :sheeplove:
Fucking nats man....

I’ve definitely had some of the tubs with real thick overlay get mold, but it didn’t do anything. Either the myc was so thick it couldn’t break through to spread, or the mold had so much to eat it just never moved.

Roughly 36 hrs. since inoculation and the mycelium is already jumping off in at least 2/4 jars, I'm sure the others are too but the wedges are buried. The wedges I used were from T1 plates of the first myc to show up in 4 germ plates.  Of 4 germ plates, this was first to germinate by several days.

Nice guys, those look great.

I took 1g of my last hpoo tub harvest last night... just wow.
Absolutely blown away again, I think this is the strongest batch I've grown to date.
Just astounded at the strength from 1g.

Curious Derrayld- do you think the hpoo affected the potency or you just got lucky with a strong fruit?
Sounds like a great time either way!  Glad you had it brother :mushroom2:
