If a syninge were made with sterile distilled water, from a print that was clean & viable, in room temps, stored 2 days at room temp & then as the spores on the side of the barrel lifted from settlment back into solution , they were clustered together in strands or clusters, with the conclution that this being an agressive strain, would you assume that the spores had spawned in the water & this is what the clustering is?

That's possible. Spores also often just tend to clump up if they haven't been dried completely before the syringe was made.

Just get a bubble of air in there and shake like hell for a minute or two.

Every little dot you see is a "clump" of spores. You cannot see individual ones, they are microscopic.

This is common and nothing to worry about, just flame your needle till it gets red hot and then pull in air through the flamed needle and shake, shake, shake.
