I'll be guiding a close friend who has never taken psychedelics before sometime in the fall. While I have most of the day planned, I need some good ideas for some objects to stick in my pack that I can let him hold and play with. A flower and a shell are two that I know I'll pack. I remember hearing about an experience (can't remember if it was Pollan or Stamets) with a flower. Their guide handed them a flower and told them to hate it, which caused the flower to wither and dull. Then they were told to love it and as you might of guessed, the opposite happened.
I know this post is a redundant one but the few others I looked at along this topic were either a decade old or not quite what I was looking for.
What objects have you found to be insightful, meaningful, fun, ect...?

just squinting your eyes as you look at a light can make some crazy cool wild trippy patterns. Even sober! Try it while tripping!
