Ran out of room in my shroom room, had a shoebox of x7x mutant in an outbuilding. Found a frog in there today getting away from the heat. I barely had the lid open, he must have squeezed in. I gently picked him up, he peed on my hand. I put him in a puddle in the shade and he hopped away to some tall grass. He was in this shoebox a few days ago also, and I put him outside then too. If it's the same frog (looks like it) he went through a lot of work to get back here. I've since moved the box inside. Too hot might kill it today. "x7x: it's not just for humans."

Youβre gonna feel real ungrateful where thereβs a bunch of flies in that shoebox tomorrow.

Flies spontaneously generating from frogs was debunked by the middle ages.
Or are you talking about something else?

haha!
I wonder if that's why he was in there. I never saw flies on this but it was a shoebox outside with the lid cracked. I've seen insects in that outbuilding. Maybe I never saw flies in that box BECAUSE of him.
My guess is it was dark, cooler than the air, and moist. And maybe he was eating sub.
I don't know if amphibians trip. Mammals do, but someone on here feeds used sub (which has some psilo alkaloids in it still) to chickens and they don't act weird.
Maybe it takes a higher brain to process shroom drugs.
I doubt it. Amphibians have serotonin, maybe same receptors.
Probably homie just likes getting high in a cool dark moist place.
If he shows up at my doorstep, that's funny. If dozens of them show up at my doorstep, that would be concerning.
Could be a good B-movie horror flick. THE (tripping) FROGS "She was a mild mannered little old hippie lady who grew a few shrooms and only tripped every eighth Sunday. No one got hurt. UNTIL......"

I think that's actually a toad... Unless those bumps are a trick of the camera or it's covered in bits of sub. Did it feel slick or rough in your hand.....before the pee....

Felt slick. No bumps. Trick of light and some sub. I took this with flash indoors. I saw him in sunlight for a minute before I let him out. I'd love it to be a toad, because "toadstool", but he looked very frog like.
I played with lots of frogs and toads as a kid, and read books on them.
Might be this, but not sure; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leopard_frog
A few species, and different phenos within a species, on that page and on linked pages.
Think how different some cubes look. Though that's because we breed them in a similar way to those dog breeders breed those dogs that can't breathe.

Unless you live close to a body of water, I'd guess tree frog over leopard. I have no idea where you are though, so I'm speaking beyond my knowledge(not asking where you are ). When I lived in North Carolina(RH 70-100), we had leopards and bulls in all the streams, rivers, ponds and pools....and toads all over the pavement. Here in Northern CA(RH 20-35), it's tree frogs everywhere. It's a beautiful symphony every night. But not many large frog species. Very cool either way
Edit.. Doh! We're in POTD Thread... Pic Tax.. FP+ pinning everywhere BUT the actual sub surface.
