Wild, vivid dreams after eating tropical fruits? 1

Anyone ever tried eating tropical fruits: durian, marang, rambutan, and lanzones (not at the same time but individually)? I did some research and perhaps it's the tryptophan in the fruits? I've also sometimes taken vitamin b12 Methylcobalamin prior to sleep but I've also tried it with and without eating those aforementioned tropical fruits so I know it has nothing to do with vitamin b12. There seems to be something magical about those fruits? The vividness of the dreams are constant and happens ONLY after having eaten those fruits then snoozing an hour or 2 later. Is there more to those fruits? What's anyone's experiences?
I'm in the Philippines as of right now.

never heard about those fruits but tryptophan and magnesium are the natural building blocks for melatonin so it MIGHT have something to do with it

But I've tried tryptophan and melatonin before as supplements and they do not have the same effect as the fruits I've mentioned.
