I just completed training in SEO and SEO strategy. My goal is to start an ad agency as a sort of side hustle and I was wondering if anyone is running one now. There's huge coin in it if you know what you're doing. My mentor receives a solid monthly income off each deal and gets clients to agree to silent partnerships sometimers. A mere ten accounts can result in a minimum $10,000.00 per month. It does take time to get Google to recognize you're out there but once you get the site fluid, it only takes about 15 minutes maintaining a single account.

Well, an ad did peak my interest but I scoped out everyone before making a decision. I get most of my guidance from Search Engine Journal. My original goal was to get my sites and friends and family stes on the radar but I began thinking, this can bring in asolid monthly income.. Have you looked into this yourself but couldn't get it to work for you?

Thanks for the offer budman, I wasn't familiar with what you were talking about but there's tons of info on the technique all over the net. It popped up in Search Engine Journal archives too. Why go that route though? You obviously know if you get caught that websites DOA. You're able to pull this off consistently? Good on U!

No man, SEO is legit. The problem is everyone is trying to get in on the action. The good thing is many suck at developing web presence so anyone who really understands how to develop a website can take a business from page 8 in a search to page 1 in a search over time. Truthfully, it does take time for Google or other engines to recognize the work you've put in. I've just been trained but I'm still green, I learned from one of the best whose been at it for 12 years now. The guy actually is now negotiating limited partnerships because he's that good. The thing is, if you manage to take a company website from page 8 to page 1, that company needs to be able to grow rapidly, dependent on the nature of the business of course. A hair salon is one thing but if you're able to bring an HVAC/R contractor to page 1 out of nowhere, that company needs to be able to grow quickly. You really need to prepare the owner of the growth potential if you've got the skills to get them there. Pager 8 is basically word of mouth, page 1 is organic growth. An HVAC/R contractor can go from earning a quarter of a million a year to 5 million within a year if it's done right. I wish I had looked into this years ago...
