Are these What I think they are?

Hey everyone. My yard has never been one for producing mushrooms, so I was kinda excited to see these growing! I think I might know what they are, but I wanna see if you guys say the same thing before I say. Here's the stuff:

Where: East coast of Florida
When: This morning, June 11th 2004
On what: The stump of an old what I believe was a pine tree. It was one of those really tall ones with the thick braded-like needled.
Cap: white! a little off-white after it aged, but they're white.
Stem: White! looks like the cap. very fleshy.
Gills: ...you guessed it. WHITE!
Spore Print: Believe it or not, it was white too.
Smell: kinda nice...something I would consider eating.
Hopefuly the pics will work and you can see how they were all growing on and around the stump. thanks alot!
