Hey I thought you guys might find this interesting, plus I was kinda curious to what kind of mushroom this is. I noticed the first one popping up out of the soil a few weeks ago. Thought it was kinda interesting because it was bright yellow and I kinda wondered how the spore ended up in there and how it took root. Then today I go out to water my plants (I live on a second floor balcony in central texas) and all these guys are popping out from under the pot. I?m temped to tip the pot up just to see how long these suckers are (cause they had to go all the way under the pot from the center drain hole) but I figured I?d leave them be for the time being. At anyrate the really funny thing about this is the plant actually seems to be doing a lot better with the mushrooms growing in it. It?s been greener and more leaves than I can ever remember. Anyone know what kind of mushroom this is?

by the way, this pot is over 3 feet tall...
