What substrate can i get from Waldbaums

anybody know waldbaums? its a grocery store and i was wondering if there are any substrates u can get there, i already looked for brown rice flour, they didnt have any

I never heard of Waldbaums, but you can find many usable substrates readily available in most grocery stores. Popcorn, quinoa, canned hominey, rye/rye flour, if they have it WBS. You can also use brown rice and make your own flour and grind it up with a blender/coffee grinder.

Get brown rice, bash that shit up in a grinder or just use it whole, and get some vermiculite -- you -might- be able to get that from the supermarket, too.
